We’ve now submitted our planning application to North Yorkshire Council, which you can view on the Council’s planning register under reference ZG2025/0733/EIA.Thank you to everyone who shared feedback at the public exhibition and during the consultation. We’ve listened carefully and made a number of changes to improve the proposal. The key updates are outlined below:

• The access strategy has been amended to prevent potential conflicts with the proposed AD plant.
• Existing hedgerows are to be enhanced and additional hedgerow and tree planting is to be included across the site.
